Refund policy


Shipping



We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will, whenever possible, be shipped the same day. However, sometimes we may not be able to meet this deadline due to items being out of stock. In such cases, delivery may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.


The listed prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are as follows:


  • Within the Netherlands – €6.75 for all orders
  • Within Europe – €12.95 for all orders
  • Outside Europe – €19.95 for all orders



Delivery within the Netherlands and Europe is handled by Post NL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.





Returns



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues



Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.





Exceptions / Non-returnable Items



Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.





Exchanges



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.





European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period



Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.





Refunds



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
